Prepare the Dough:

In a large mixing bowl, combine wheat flour and semolina. Add 2 tablespoons of ghee and mix well.

Gradually add milk to the flour mixture, kneading it into a smooth dough. The dough should be soft but not sticky.

Cover the dough with a damp cloth and let it rest for 15-20 minutes.
ਆਟੇ ਵਿੱਚ ਘੀ ਅਤੇ ਦੁੱਧ ਮਿਲਾ ਕੇ ਨਰਮ ਆਟਾ ਗੂੰਥੋ ਅਤੇ ਢੱਕ ਕੇ 15-20 ਮਿੰਟ ਲਈ ਰੱਖੋ।
Shape the Laddus:

Heat ghee in a pan for frying.

Roll the dough into small balls (laddus) of desired size.

Gently fry the laddus in the hot ghee, turning them occasionally until golden brown and crisp.
ਲੱਦੂ ਨੂੰ ਘੀ ਵਿੱਚ ਤਲੋ ਜਦ ਤੱਕ ਉਹ ਸੋਨੇਰੀ ਅਤੇ ਕਰਿਸਪੀ ਨਾ ਹੋ ਜਾਣ।
Make the Churma Mixture:

Once the laddus are fried and cooled, crumble them using your hands or a food processor to make a coarse powder (Churma).

In a separate bowl, add desi khand (sugar) and mix it with the crumbled laddus.
